1. Why does Phuc do volunteer work? (Tại sao Phúc làm tình nguyện?) – Because he thinks it makes a difference in the community.
2. Why does Phuc feel more self-confident? (Tại sao Phúc cảm thấy tự tin hơn?) - Because he has made many new friends.
